Teague Brinkworth at your Kamloops branch was beyond outstanding. I have never in my life had someone put more effort into taking care of my needs and fears as he put into his service for myself and my wife. If I said thank you a hundred times, and then said it a hundred more, it wouldn’t be enough to express even a tenth of my gratitude for the amount that he helped us.

He was patient with our fears, compassionate about our needs and worked tirelessly to see that we got the best possible service from our lender that we could. I have never felt so well taken care of in my life. He made us feel like we were part of the process, the entire way through. Teague has helped my wife and I realise our dream of home ownership, and I can’t express my gratitude thouroughly enough.
